The new municipal president of Cuernavaca, José Luis Urióstegui Salgado, took a protest on Friday, December 31 for the period 2022-2024.
Urióstegui Salgado assured in his speech that he will have an austere, open administration and transparent accountability, accusing that previous governments left the capital of Morelos in financial abandonment and public services.
“The balance of powers and the distribution of competencies, only achieves its best results if it is based on respect and collaboration, in Cuernavaca this will be the maximum that will govern us for the next three years, with the institutions, but also with us. openness, solidarity and the strength of joint actions will govern ”, he expressed in his speech.
In the ceremony, there were so many members of Morena, PAN, and PRI, but also state and municipal authorities; as well as businessmen. The rector of the UAEM, Gustavo Urquiza, the Bishop of Cuernavaca, Ramón Castro, and the president of the TSJ, Rubén Jasso.
